About me
After working in the Corporate World for 20 years, I certified as a Positive Psychology Coach, Gallup Global Strengths Coach, and Health Coach which gave me the opportunity to create my OptiMUM Life.
Through my coaching company, OptiMUM, I support high achieving, ambitious women to HAVE IT ALL! (whatever ALL means to them!).
To me this means having freedom and flexibility to make choices aligned with my own goals and dreams.
I live my OptiMUM Life based around 5 pillars, Happiness, Health, Strengths, Rhythms & Connection, which together means I can show up as the OptiMUM version of me, for me, my son, those I love, and my business.
Throughout my career as a leader, and a coach I have been the right hand to CEO's, Entrepreneurs, Visionaries enabling them to thrive through implementing systems, automations and seeing things that they were missing. Sometimes it's just one missing piece that can catapult a business to new heights!

Combining my knowledge, skills and expertise, I work with ambitious female entrepreneurs who are tired of getting caught up in the day to day mayhem of business and want to gain the freedom and flexibility to take back their time for themselves, and spend more time with their family without slowing down the growth of their business.
